Booking System

You can access the booking system here.

Purpose

Since the start of Covid-19, when a system for archers booking to shoot was imposed, we have continued to use a booking system for all our internal club events.

This is not because it is a mandatory legal requirement but provides information so that :

• organisers are aware of the numbers attending  a competition or club meeting.
• archers wanting to shoot at the field can see if others will be there  (We have a strict rule that no one can shoot unattended).

Please use the booking system to help other archers whenever you are going to club meetings, competitions or shooting at any time at the field.

How to use

To use the system requires a user name and password so that you.may enter, view and  cancel your bookings.

You choose the user name and password the first time you use the system.

Easily recognisable names should be used, anything else will be deleted – so no “Best archer since sliced bread” please.

The system once entered is pretty self-explanatory. Booking slots are colour coded according to use. See the “Show Key” button.

Just click on a slot to book/unbook.

You can see who else has booked by putting the cursor over the small symbol in the top right of the slot.

The information for all the Club meetings will be entered into the system so please book yourself in for those you want to shoot at.

For first time use you will need a verification code. For this or if you forget your password please contact 

Please note : Juniors are not allowed access to the system  - bookings for them should be entered by a parent or guardian.
