Events

We run a number of events at Kestrels for all levels of archers.

Archery is the most inclusive of sports - regardless of age, gender, ability or experience, everyone can take part in the sport at the same time. It makes it ideal for families as parents can shoot alongside their children

You may not have tried archery before or you may have been shooting for many years. We hope that we are able to meet whatever your requirements are for an enjoyble experience with our club.

We will be adding more information on these events soon but we already have a schedule of Tournaments for you to enter.

Open Tournaments : the clue is in the name and these are competitions that are open to any archer in the UK regardless of age, gender, bow type or ability. From a novice to Olympic archer you will all be  welcome. You may be in your first year of shooting or your 50th but you will made as welcome as a world record holder, a club, county or national representative.

They take place at either inddor or outdoors at our venues at Stratton Upper School, Biggleswade.

Have a go  : these are for first time archers wanting to enjoy a new experience. We can host these at our outdoor shooting field or as part of local fetes or festivals.

Corporate Events  : If you want to get the bragging rights amongst your friends or work colleages this is for you. Have you got what it takes to be the next Katniss Everdeen or Hawkeye.

These will take place at out outdoor shooting field in Biggleswade.

Shooting Parties : for those who are looking for an activity that is a little bit different for a celebration, birthday, hen party or other outing we can run a fun shoot for you at our field.
